About the Position:
Ocean2Earth is a circular economy focussed business which transforms what was previously considered "seafood waste" into premium organic garden products. Revolutionising the way we manage and recycle seafood and timber industry byproducts, Ocean2Earth is in a unique position to disrupt the natural fertiliser market. Ocean2Earth is a thriving business in the home garden category, dedicated to introducing a revolutionary line of natural garden products. Were on a mission to establish ourselves as the leading natural fertiliser brand in the market.
As the National Product Manager (NPM), you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day sales and marketing management of Ocean2Earth products nationwide. Working closely with our existing timber sales force and leveraging our four nationwide warehouses, you'll lead sales initiatives, generate new accounts, and cultivate customer relationships.
This role can be based either in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne ideally, or in any other major cities in Australia.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct internal salesforce training and development.
- Foster relationships with buying groups to ensure optimal stocking of O2E products.
- Understand and recommend appropriate sales channels for individual products.
- Attend and facilitate O2E presence at relevant promotional events.
- Design, lead, and manage impactful national marketing campaigns.
- Drive sales growth by generating new clients while maintaining existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the Pentarch Sales and National Accounts team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic sales and marketing plan.
- Report sales figures at regular budget and forecast meetings.
To be considered for this challenging and exciting position, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- 5 years' experience in a National Product Manager or similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of home garden, agriculture, and permaculture industries.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing of similar products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field either in Marketing or Sales.
- Understanding of E-commerce and a range of different sales channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to plan and organize.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel.
