Sunshine Coast-based Transact Property Group is a well-regarded Asset Management company that has a focus on managing quality commercial facilities. Due to growth in our management portfolio, we are actively seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager.
The Role:
The role is to provide daily administrative and management support to the Property Management team. The role includes taking tenant enquiries, arranging contractors, compiling monthly reports and general administrative duties. A general understanding of mixed use retail/commercial property is essential.
Key Function and Duties:
Experience 3+ years in the Retail/Commercial property industry in a similar role is required for this position.
- Experience with Property Management systems e.g Cirrus8 or MRI.
- Assisting with property maintenance and resolving related issues.
- Promptly respond to customer/tenant queries and complaints and escalating when necessary.
- Conduct inspections as required and prepare inspection reports.
- Support lease administration activities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Accountable for the day to day running of ad-hoc scheduled office duties.
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
