Assistant Property Manager

Harcourts Broadbeach | Mermaid are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

The role

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Invoicing of water and utilities 
• Arranging inspections on IRE 
• Attend viewings / opens 
• Send entry routine notices 
• Conduct routine inspections 
• Prepare lease renewals and new tenant leases 
• Tenant signs ups
• Application checking process through IRE 
• Arrears monitoring  
• Entry condition reports 
• Pool and smoke alarm compliance checks 
• Collation of files and any other relevant tasks to ensure the PM team is highly organised  

About you

You are a driven, focused and an excellent communicator who can build rapport confidently and comfortably.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Real Estate experience would be highly advantageous
• Must hold a current Queensland Real Estate Agent Certificate
• Experience with PropertyMe and IRE would be highly advantageous
• Confidence in building positive professional relationships with clients
• Ability to work autonomously
• A great communicator and organiser
