Assistant Property Manager

Marshall White’s property management department is structured to maximise service levels by offering specialist roles across Boroondara, Stonnington, Bayside, Port Phillip, Manningham & Mornington Peninsula in business development/leasing and property management. About the Role 

Based at our Stonnington office, you will be mentored in developing an exceptional Property Management career. You will develop a thorough understanding of the importance of nurturing and further developing relationships with our amazing landlords and tenants.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities 

• Real Estate qualification is required 
• Previous property management assistant is preferred 
• Assist in managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of the Landlord 
• Provide a high level of customer service to our valued clients 
• Outstanding polished and professional communication skill 
• A team player that demonstrates initiative  
• Possesses a can do attitude and a warm, friendly and professional manner
