Assistant Property Manager

Are you passionate about real estate and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking an energetic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Respond promptly to tenant and landlord inquiries & requests.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct property inspections and document findings accurately.
• Assist in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with our Senior Property Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain organised records and files related to property management activities.

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience in property management or related field preferred but not essential.
• Agents Representative Certificate.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google systems and an understanding of property management software such as: Property Me & InspectRE preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
