Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Respond promptly to tenant and landlord inquiries & requests.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct property inspections and document findings accurately.
- Assist in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with our Senior Property Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain organised records and files related to property management activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred but not essential.
- Agents Representative Certificate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google systems and an understanding of property management software such as: Property Me & InspectRE preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
