Must haves:
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- A Current NSW drivers licence with access to a clean and reliable car
- Sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Approachable and sociable
- Well presented and great communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good team player, high energy levels, can do attitude
- Living in the Hills district and familiar with Dural and surrounding areas is desirable
- Real estate experience is a bonus, but not needed
- Strong work ethic
Tasks & responsibilities
- Daily lead generation
- Door knocking
- Assist with the sales process
- Letterbox drops
- Help with open homes and property inspections
- Buyer enquiry and management
- Marketing tasks
- Administration
- Ongoing Training
You'll need to be able to work in a team environment and be able to interact with a variety of people including co-workers, sellers, purchasers, solicitors and tradespeople.
