Assistant Restaurant Manager (Morayfield)

At Carl's Jr, we take pride in delivering bold flavors and high-quality food to our customers. We are looking for dedicated and motivated Shift Leaders to join our team in Morayfield and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader you are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities while on duty. Being an ARM or SL can be challenging and rewarding, you will develop new relationships with others and have the responsibility to lead a team to manage a restaurant. An ARM or Shift Leader is required to work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities are consistent with, and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan. The ARM or SL must ensure all Crew Persons are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job description.

It is crucial that the ARM or SL always leads by example, setting a high standard for their crew, across the restaurant operations; Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

• Supervise and support the team during your shift, ensuring they provide top-notch customer service.
• Assist in maintaining the quality of food, service, and cleanliness to meet our high standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe working and dining environment.
• Assist in controlling costs and contributing to profitability.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.

• Previous experience in a leadership or shift leader role in the fast-food or quick-service industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations is an advantage.
