The role:Our client is looking for their next Assistant Body Corporate | Strata Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be offered ongoing training and development and will work directly with an experienced Strata Manager to assist in the management of a growing portfolio. You will work with an experienced Strata Manager and will be responsible for: Assisting with accounts receivable and payable processes, combined with a variety of other administrative tasks Managing private and confidential information relating to Bodies Corporate Assisting with the preparation of Body Corporate Annual/Extraordinary General Meetings and Committee Meetings including Open and Secret Ballots Assisting and providing clients accurate information on the Body Corporate Community Management Legislation Attending Body Corporate Annual/Extraordinary and Committee Meetings including with the assistance of conducting and recording Open and Secret Ballots Assisting with the management of maintenance and insurances About you:The successful candidate will have minimum 12 months' experience in the body corporate or a related customer service and administration role.You will have a good understanding of the principles of Strata Management and are client and solutions orientated. In addition, you will have exceptional customer service skills with a motivation to learn and succeed with a strong eye for attention to detail.
