About the Role:
Manage and influence retail business partners / key decision makers within outlets in a defined territory to grow Nortonlifelock market share by:
- establishing and maintaining a high degree of rapport;
- maximising retail leverage;
- representing Nortonlifelock in a positive and professional way;
- focusing on teamwork; and
- displaying a high degree of work ethic.
Ensure timely and efficient implementation of the approved Cycle plan by focusing on Call Coverage, Call Rate and Call Frequency:
- Call Coverage – ensuring all nominated outlets in the defined territory are visited quarterly
- Call Rate – achieving number of calls per day as nominated by your manager
- Call Frequency – achieving nominated number of calls for each respective outlet
- One day per week is allocated to administration tasks associated with the position
- Four remaining days are to be spent infield
- Daily working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- There will be some instances of after hour work requirements

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:
Education:
Completion of high school education preferred Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Finance preferred
Work experience:
Minimum of 3 years Sales experience within IT, FMCG or Retail environment
