Your new role You'll be joining as a Partner Success Manager and will play a key role in ensuring the management and growth of high-value customers. You'll also serve as the 2IC to the Head of Customer by overseeing an offshore CS team. You'll be ensuring the onboarding and management of high value customers in order to help achieve business growth goals. Other key responsibilities will include;
Customer training & onboarding
Monitoring and reporting on growth metrics
Take a data-driven approach
Identifying areas for customer growth
Customer success & support
What you'll need to succeed You'll have previous experience in a Customer / Partner Success role and ideally will have experience within a startup or FinTech environment. You'll be highly analytical, a great communicator and will have exceptional time management skills. You should be able to demonstrate examples of maintaining and growing B2B customer bases and will be comfortable with ambiguity.
