About the role

As an Associate Director based in our Sydney office, you will play a pivotal and leading role in steering our operations and growing our region clientele. This position demands a dynamic professional who embodies leadership, strategic foresight, and a robust commitment to driving the company's objectives forward.

About you

The role is for an active contributor to the project profession with a strong network in either Transport, Infrastructure or Renewables and be able to convert leads in these sectors to real opportunities with the support of the Project Advisory Group national team. Your market insights and collaborative approach, drive the development of tailored solutions, positioning our firm as a leader in the market. Committed to exceeding revenue targets and driving growth, you thrive in dynamic environments and embrace continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends.

• ↗️ Outbound Prospecting
  

  Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

  Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects

  Gather market insights and customer feedback, and clearly communicate these to internal teams including the Sales, Marketing and Product team
