About the Role
We are seeking a Full Time, experienced, high performing Customer Relations Consultant for a busy call centre in our Operations Room located at our head office in Malaga.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and a Saturday morning every 6-8 weeks.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to ensure the best outcomes
- Exceptional time management skills
- Sound knowledge of basic computer programs
- Previous Automotive Industry Experience highly desirable
- Be well presented and professional
- Passionate about customer service and going above and beyond your interactions
- Resilience in helping customers in difficult situations
- Able to work accurately at a quick pace and under pressure
- Have a positive attitude
- Ability to politely communicate with fellow staff and customers
- Monitoring and answering phone enquiries concerning automotive glass repair and replacement bookings
- Confirming customer details and booking times accurately
- Ordering parts as required
- Ability to interpret correct parts and glass types according to vehicle
- General understanding of auto glazing processes and procedures
- Accurate data entry into internal systems
- Liaise with other Team Members and auto glaziers
