This position is classified as a PACS Band 4 ($67,425 - $73,621 pa pro rata) under the City of Kwinana’s structured remuneration system.
Premium Recquatic Membership | 12.5% Superannuation
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity exists within our Customer Service Team for an experienced, dynamic and highly organised individual to join the City of Kwinana. Reporting to the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional service to internal and external customers that present to the counter, by phone or by digital means; and ensures that all data and payments associated with customer service are appropriately processed.
Please note: The hours and days of work maybe subject to change due to operational requirements.
About You
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer services environment with experience frontline banking/ reconciliation; email and record keeping, and office systems including Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working in a high volume, diverse enquiry inbound contact centre.
- Attention to detail to accurately input data.
- Ability to research and find information to answer enquiries at first point of contact.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication.
- Ability to provide the highest quality of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Well-developed organisational skills and initiative to prioritise workload and deliver timely services.
- Good teamwork skills to contribute to team objectives.
- Current Police Clearance.
- Previous experience in Local Government environment desirable.
