The Customer Relations Coordinator role will lead complaint resolution, foster internal relations, drive customer experience initiatives, manage CRM implementation, report performance, and ensure Safety Case compliance.

About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader – Customer Relations, you will manage customer service and internal business relations, ensuring high engagement and customer service through communication and delivery of initiatives. This includes management of the Complaints Handling Process.
Complaint Management – Investigate and resolve customer complaints, maintaining records as per procedure.
Internal Relations – Support key business areas for customer initiatives.
Continuous Improvement – Drive customer experience initiatives.
CRM Enablement – Contribute to ongoing CRM implementation for complaints management.
Performance Reporting - Prepare month-end reporting on complaints and customer service initiatives.
Safety Case – Ensure compliance with Safety Case requirements and referenced policies.
What we are looking for
If you have experience in at least four of the following six tasks, we can help you with the remaining.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), including building relationships and liaising with stakeholders at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Passionate about customer service and supported results-driven customer service delivery in a similar industry (Gas, Energy)
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proven time management skills to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to utilise a range of information systems (MS Office & Salesforce or other CRM desirable)
- Experience using customer metrics and methodologies to help guide customer experience strategy and initiatives.
- Pro-active with Customer Relationship management to case manage enquiries and complaints.
