 Our client is looking to fill this highly sort after New Vehicle Sales Manager role with one of the top 3 automotive brands in Australia. Due to an overseas relocation we are now seeking candidates for this very sort after position. 

We are looking for an energetic hands-on style Sales Manager to manage coach and mentor an experienced sales team producing high volume sales results from strong customer inquiry. 

Reporting to the Dealer Principal you will be responsible for a sales team consisting of 3-4 new car sales consultants along with an aftermarket consultant and business manager.

Managing high levels of customer inquiry through a tried and tested process to achieve a level of customers satisfaction that exceeds the brands' KPI expectation and vehicle sales. With constant focus on dealership and manufacturer KPI's  this position demands a total focus on the brand with no less than 10 new or replacement models due in the next 12 months this is an exciting time for this brand. With growing stock supply and new models arriving this is a great time to join this iconic brand.

This position requires someone who has preferably had a successful history in the automotive industry with a proven track record in sales management and or as a floor manager/2IC in a high volume dealership..  

You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to function of running a successful sales team working actively with the aftermarket and business management team to ensure a seamless and professional process is adhered to secure sales and maximize the customer experience.

ABOUT YOU 
Above all else, you are ready for a fast-paced career as a professional Sales Manager?

Currently, working in Automotive Sales management, or have been within the past 2 years.

High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office and Pentana (Eranet) Dealer Management Systems

Current Queensland Sales license.

Proven history of exceptional customer experience process and exceeding manufacturer customer satisfaction index.

Focused on exceeding sales KPI’s.

Proven history of successful sales training, coaching and motivating a sales team.

Able to manage stocks turns and reduce aging stock before it becomes an issue.

Plan and execute sales incentives and sale days to maximize the customer engagement 

High standard of professional presentation and be able to hold others to the same standard.
