We are searching for two experienced and enthusiastic Automotive Master Technician one in a Permanent capacity and the other a 12 month contract to join our team located at hour Head office in Mulgrave.
Reporting to the Supervisor Dealer Support - Technical, you will use your technical expertise to support Dealerships across our network with complex troubleshooting, vehicle technical enquiries and diagnostic advice. Dealers will turn to you when they require assistance where you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have the ultimate customer experience.
In addition you will be responsible for ensuring response times to Dealers are timely to ensure that Mazda vehicles are correctly repaired and customer inconvenience is kept to an absolute minimum. You will also provide Technical Support to regional offices and other departments for any technical activity, enquires and Dealer technical meetings.
About You
Trade qualified as a Master Technician, you have a number of years post apprentice experience and it's clear that you have a tremendous passion for automotive and love using your knowledge to support others. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment where each day brings new opportunities to solve a problems to provide superior service.
It goes without saying that you'll be a first-class communicator and a team player. Ideally, you have previous experience in a Technical Support role, but it's more important that you have the ability to analyse and interpret vehicle operation, functionality and diagnostic data.
