The main purpose of your role will be to build a pipeline of leads and opportunities for your Business Development Managers to follow up and close as new assignments.
The Recruitment Consultants then work with the clients to successfully identify and secure top talent to complete each assignment.
Responsibilities
- Open a dialogue, primarily via phone, with email as a backup tool.
- Ask key questions to understand their situation and needs.
- Capture, manage, and store key information.
- Secure new face-to-face client meetings with qualified prospects.
- Monitor pipeline health and seek new leads ahead of time.
- Maintain and excellent CRM and accurately record all activity.

Required
To ensure a fast start in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of appointment setting or B2B sales experience.
- Experience using Hubspot, or a similar CRM.
- Personable, confident, and eloquent.
- Used to speaking with business owners, C-suite execs and department heads.
- Disciplined, organised and self-motivated.
- Happy to pick up the phone and speak to someone you’ve never met.
- A great listener with the ability to ask pertinent questions.
- Calm and assured – comfortable in your own skin.
- Have a great speaking voice.
- Unfazed by ‘no’.
- Team player.
