We are looking for a Bar Manager that will be delivering exceptional customer service in an established Warrnambool hospitality business. We are looking for someone that has great leadership skills and will guide the bar and floor team, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Key responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise bar and floor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Train new team members, set performance standards, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Schedule shifts, manage work rotations, and oversee staff performance to ensure efficient operations.
Bar Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar, including inventory management, ordering, stock control, and stock takes.
- Craft and update beverage menus, ensuring a diverse and innovative selection of drinks in collaboration with your operations manager.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol-related regulations and guidelines.
Customer Experience:
- Set high standards for guest service and lead by example, demonstrating impeccable customer service.
