Form of work Heartattack and Vine is looking for an experienced Bar Manager with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, who is proficient in cocktail preparation and wants to be a part of a team with an emphasis on workplace culture and work life balance.
Availability: Weekends, 4 shifts per week with potential for more.
Considered candidates for the role should have the following:
A minumum of 2 years bar experience or 12 months in a similar role
Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
Must be proficient in cocktail preparation
Basic wine knowledge
Ability to manage a team in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent organisation and time management
Attention to detail
Must assist in quality control, ensuring consistency and maintaining venue standards
Ability to monitor and manage stock
Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
Must have RSA Certificate
