The Role
You'll be someone who thrives in busy restaurant bar environment and enjoys leading your department from the front. You'll not only be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, but also back of house duties; stocktaking, rostering, ordering, menu creation, staff training and development etc.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bar management is essential
- Experience in a busy cocktail bar
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, whisky, wine and food
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
- Well-presented candidates with a professional attitude
- Organised, strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Having full control of cocktail menu design, however ensuring to include your team in the process
- Must have restaurant or bar management experience
- Exceptional service skills and customer focus
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must hold a valid RSA
