Bar Manager

Reporting to our Food and Beverage Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for bar operations, driving new ideas and being the instrumental 'go to' expert for all things bar management.  You will need to be able to perfectly prepare and craft creative beverages and innovative cocktails whilst driving best practice in presentation, commercial decision making and influential leadership.
