What we are looking for:
- Inventory Management: Someone who can expertly control stock, ordering, and costing to optimise bar efficiency.
- Beverage Expertise: Extensive knowledge across all beverage categories, with a specialty in crafting innovative cocktails.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with BOH systems and stocktaking for streamlined operations.
- Cocktail Artistry: Elevate our bar program with your creative cocktail creations.
- Passion & Vision: Drive excellence, lead a dedicated team, and inspire.
- Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the bar team to create a positive, cohesive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:
