The Role:
This dynamic position demands hands-on leadership, overseeing the daily operations of Eagles Nest Brisbane Rooftop Bar, Ground Floor Lobby Bar, and hotel function events. Upholding superior service standards is paramount, ensuring seamless and attentive service across all beverage outlets.
Collaborating closely with the Lamberts Restaurant Manager, this role is integral to the Hotel's Food & Beverage Department, sharing responsibilities and resources effectively.
Experience Required:
- Essential RSA certification with a current RMLV or willingness to obtain one
- Proficiency in food hygiene, HACCP, and WH&S practices
- Expertise in stock management and cost control
- Demonstrated experience in bar management or supervision within a 5-star environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and beers

- Flexibility to work various shifts, primarily evenings Thursday to Sunday, with one additional shift.
