DAP & CO. HOSPITALITY GROUP was created in 2011 when the collaboration between Andrew Baturo, Denis Sheahan and Paul Piticco opened Popolo Italian Kitchen and Bar in the new River Quay precinct in Brisbane’s iconic Southbank. On the back of its success, in 2013 the trio opened the award-winning Gresham Bar in Brisbane’s CBD. In late 2017, they secured the tenancy of the ground floor of Old Mineral House, where they restored the interior to match the imposingly beautiful exterior and brought New York charm to Downtown Brisbane as Walter’s Steakhouse and Wine Bar.The group has a focus on 'Old-Fashioned' hospitality and impeccable food all whilst harbouring a dynamic and professional team ethos.
DAP & Co. latest project, Naldham House is set to open shortly and we are seeking Bar Managers to operate the Bar outlets.
About the role
The Bar Manager is responsible for managing the bar operations, maintenance and cleanliness, policies and procedures, recruitment of bar team member to ensure that the Bar operates to the highest of standards.
Experience in both fine dining and high volume bar operations is very desirable
Previous experience with opening a venue in preferable
