As our Client Community Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our brand's interaction with customers. Your role will involve managing customer service emails and calls, engaging with our community across multiple platforms, monitoring online orders, engaging with our VIPs and assisting our clinic teams with diary management. This position requires a blend of strong communication skills, sales skills, customer service excellence and organisation.
Core responsibilities:
- Your core aim is to take customer engagement beyond just booking someone in or moving an appointment. We want meaningful engagement with clients when they enquire with us and a bespoke customer service experience. This role is all about engagement, you’ll be the face (voice) of the brand as you attempt to engage with as many clients as possible.
- Take every opportunity to provide clients with a bespoke ‘mini-Consultation’ and build excitement about their potential skin journey with us.
- You’ll set our clinics up for success with your early trust building with clients and leaving detailed notes on their files.
- You’ll approach customer service as an opportunity to build trust, relationships and in turn drive sales
- You’ll provide prompt and personable responses to customer service emails
- Engage with data to re-engage clients back on their skin health journey
- Reply to social media messages and interact with our audience to foster a vibrant community
- Take client enquiries beyond a simple reply and provide a uniquely tailored response.
- Process and oversee online orders to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Control promotional stock, coordinating with marketing initiatives to excite and engage customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand our treatments so you can advise clients on their best path forward
- Foster our VIP community and help build and implement a VIP Rewards Program
- Help with daily dairy management and rosters when needed
- Work with our training department to oversee and book in training models
Skills & qualifications:
- A bubbly and engaging personality, with a natural wit that resonates through written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in customer service
- A high level of professionalism in writing, coupled with strong competency in the English language, including grammar and punctuation
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated initiative/organisation and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable brand experiences
