Victor Churchill is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join the bar and restaurant team.
Victor Churchill is a unique dining experience featuring an intimate bar and dining environment within a world class retail butcher and food store, located on High St Armadale. An open flame charcoal fuelled kitchen produces a classic, contemporary menu showcasing some of Australia’s finest meat producers. The role and requirements:
- Professional a la carte table service experience.
- Confidently managing a section of no more than 20 guests.
- Personable service approach with an eye for detail.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Point of sale and cash handling.
- Daily opening and closing procedures.
