As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of management of a team of KAM's, promoting products within a specialised therapy area. This includes the creation and development of strategic business plans and the execution and implementation of these to increase customer engagement, sales, market share and profitability. As a leader you will be responsible for inspiring, energising, motivating and managing the team of sales representatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and driven leader, enthusiastic and passionate individual with a determination to succeed. You will thrive in a coaching and mentoring capacity and be able to demonstrate your business acumen, technical knowledge and analytical skills. You are either currently a Regional Sales Manager of KAM's, or are an ambitious and motivated State or Manager keen to step up into a Regional role.
To be successful it is envisaged that you will have:
· Tertiary qualifications in science, medical or healthcare discipline
· People and leadership management experience with in the pharmaceutical industry ideally within a specialty/hospital therapy area.
· Proven track record of sales success within the pharmaceutical industry
· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate and motivate others
