The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Brisbane Head Office on a part time basis of 20 - 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working closely with the Sales and Finance departments, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning & coordinating all aspects of the internal and external functions to ensure successful deployments and outcomes of our IT solution projects.
This is a hands-on role that will also have a Sales & Admin Support component as required.

What you will do
• Hosting and/or attending internal and external project meetings and management of action items arising from these meetings … end-to-end
• Liaise with clients, builders and other key project stakeholders and manage the expectations of all parties
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that all project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Work closely with internal business stakeholders to meet project deadlines, secure, cost-effective logistics and procurement
• Manage the logistics of the project from start to finish in a professional and timely manner
• Manage the day-to-day purchasing, including follow-up of orders, freight (domestic & international), assessing, identifying, and mitigating supply risks
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities
• Prepare equipment for dispatch to sites
• Create and manage up-to-date content and collateral for customers, website, and social media
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer usage reports
• Provide support for customer billing
