- As the Project Coordinator, you'll support the Project Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to execute projects from start to finish using a Prince2/Agile hybrid methodology and Human-Centered Design.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding project team members
Organizing quarterly planning and mid-year review preparations.
- Collaborate with the PMO on all project initiation and closure activities
- Participate in the early-stage preparation of end-to-end project artifacts.
- Assist the Project Manager in updating the MS Project schedule and/or Agile Jira board
Skills and experience
- Experience in a Project Coordinator role in the Enterprise Solutions domain
- Collaborative, with a pleasant demeanour and service orientated style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a concise style
- Adaptability to change
