Belouis is currently seeking an experienced Finance and Property Administrator to assist us with ensuring our customers receive the best service and customer experience possible. You will be focused on nurturing our client relationships & providing a professional level of client service. We prefer if you have experience in property finance and/or real estate industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with Brokers
- Working with our clients conveyancers
- Liasing with Builders
- General client management – client liaison, portfolio monitoring.
- Assist clients with all enquiries about their home loan facility post settlement.
- Financial analysis and cash flow reporting
- Be the key relationship manager between all lending/broker groups & external business partners.
- Communicate with investors, providing updates, and providing support to the sales team.
- Have an understanding of property markets and lending markets.
- Responsible for overseeing client’s financial goals, performance, & benchmarks.
- Provide financial reports for clients.
- Instil & keep clients accountable to financial model that has been pre-established.
- Driving the update of the CRM and systems ensuring everything is up to date and being tracked via the CRM.
- Be willing to grow within the company and become part of the framework of the Belouis legacy.
