About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator who is customer focused to help us grow our brand. This role will be a key part in shaping our future business and oversee the tender process.
Reporting into the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes within the Bid Management space are up to date and auditable. You will support the Big Management team in the preparation of tenders and proposals to meet submission deadlines.
In this role, you will engage and direct internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and tenders. Your attention to detail and communication will contribute to the retention and acquisition of business.
In this role you will:
• Ensure timely completion, coordination and submission of well-crafted bids and proposals that allow for maximum preparation.
• Curation of content for tenders and proposals.
• Monitor and review processes to ensure adherence, governance, and auditability.
• Maintain data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist with general bid administration tasks, including maintaining the tender subscription portal, maintaining templates, formatting bid material, upholding document control, and building an accurate library of information to support the tender process.
• Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
• Previous experience in a bid or tender coordination position with a background in administration in a professional environment.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Confident verbal and written communicator who is highly adaptable, organised and excels at time management.
• Willingness to partner with internal stakeholders to achieve strong organisational outcomes is a must
• Strong Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in allied health or a strong passion for mental health would be highly regarded.
