AddressThis successful and renowned Architecture practice requires an agile, detail-driven marketing and submissions professional who can hit the ground running. As the Marketing and Submissions Specialist, you will have strong InDesign skills and a desire to roll up your sleeves and actively support cross-functional teams and diverse sector groups in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of creative marketing collateral and engaging content - capability statements, brochures, presentations, case studies and visual assets
- Crafting compelling project stories, award submissions—gathering background information and sourcing visual assets
- Managing the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinating events, campaigns and thought leadership opportunities
- End-to-end production of EOIs, tender submissions and supporting materials required for new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive resource library with accurate content and succinct copy
Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience 3+yrs in a similar generalist marketing and communications role
- Accomplished in designing and delivering marketing collateral and bids—graphic design highly regarded or proficiency in InDesign
- Creative thinker with strong written skills
- Organised and proactive in managing competing priorities
- An energetic and consultative approach—seeking and asking to get what you need to get the task done
