Arcadia Landscape Architecture is an award winning, design-driven landscape architecture and urban design practice, with studios in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Geelong. We are currently looking for a Submissions Coordinator with 1-4 years of experienceto oversee activity across our five studios. Our business development team is the engine room of our practice, and we need a superstar team member who thrives on challenge to join us.
As a Bid Coordinator with Arcadia you will:
- Provide structured and proactive support to Business Development Manager and Directors.
- Coordinate and support development of collateral to demonstrate practice capability.
- Coordinate and support winning RFT documentation incorporating the requirements of specifications, within strict timeframes.
- Incorporate practice experience and writing style/branding in bids to ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinate and incorporate input from bid partners, directors, technical experts and wider team as necessary, to ensure a consistent and coherent final bid against scoring criteria.
- Work flexibly across the organisation to support BDM and Directors on submissions activity to ensure a balanced and consistent approach to submissions of differing priorities.
- Record and update submissions and progress on CRM
Skills & Experience:
- Based in Australia with full Australian working rights.
- Prior experience in a similar role in the Architecture / Interiors / Urban Design / Landscape Design industry
- Understanding of bid submissions and process.
- Strong MS Office Skills and proficiency in InDesign.
- Proof reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail, including ensuring bid compliance.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who is willing to adapt to changing priorities of the business.
- Relevant degree is highly regarded, but not essential.
- A confirmed working history that demonstrates excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
