What You'll Do:
- Lead fun and engaging Bike Tours through the heart of the Alice Springs landscape.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels safe and informed throughout the adventure.
- Captivate your guests with entertaining and informative commentary, bringing the Red Centre's history and wonders to life.
- Prioritise safety by following all established procedures and reporting any incidents promptly.
- Be a team player while demonstrating the autonomy and leadership necessary to guide tours effectively.
Who You Are:
- A passionate cyclist with experience conquering mountain bike trails.
- A natural communicator with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests.
- A service superstar who thrives on creating positive and memorable experiences for others.
- A team player who can work independently and take initiative.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg and handle moderate cycling distances.
- Hold a current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR certification (or be willing to obtain them).
