About the Role
As an integral member of a top tier team , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate billing, reconciling revenue, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting customer activity data from various systems and accurately calculating billing.
Reconciling billing revenue with contracted rates, ensuring agreement with customers.
Timely and precise invoicing through various channels.
Processing transport carrier invoices promptly.
Familiarity with customer contract terms and conditions related to billing.
Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Managing month-end processes, including cost and revenue accruals.
Reviewing monthly P&L and providing detailed explanations of revenue and variations.
Analyzing performance against budgets and monitoring variances.
Overseeing new customer onboarding processes and preparing billing templates.
Conducting annual performance reviews at customer and site levels, preparing budgets for the next year.
Updating customer master files with contract information.
Developing and updating documented SOPs regularly.
Collaborating with operations staff to ensure accurate transaction flows.
Travelling to customer sites to facilitate smooth data flow between departments.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks related to logistics or finance as needed.
