Job ExpectationsA thrilling opportunity has become available for a Billing Senior Business Analyst, this role will see them reporting into the Billing Demand & Delivery Senior Manager and will be joining the dynamic Billing & Credit Services Team at NBN.A bit about your roleThe Billing Senior Business Analyst is responsible for providing the analysis and implementation of change various areas of the business into the Billing & Credit Services team.The role will also look to assist the Billing Demand & Delivery Leads overseeing the detail regarding the pipeline of work from the various business units and maximise the value provided by the IT development teams by preparing this work for prioritisation into the delivery teams. As a result of your extensive knowledge of Billing & Credit Services systems, processes, and agile-methodology, you will work closely with the business to drive their ideas & initiatives from the Requirement phase, shaping capabilities up for success through the project lifecycle, working closely with the Demand and Delivery Leads and vendors to deliver effective solutions that meet the capability needs of the business.A bit about youThe successful incumbent will need to have extensive knowledge of Billing & Credit Services systems, processes, and agile-methodology. In addition, they will need to have demonstrated ability to drive and deliver business process improvement, process efficiency, and scalable billing solutions.
