The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys learning in a fast-paced environment to join us as a Billing Support Officer. This role is within our friendly and driven Billing Services Team located in Cleveland. As Billing Support Officer you will maintain rating, financial and property information while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

- accurately record a high volume of data relating to administration of the property land records and billing information;
- provide an exceptional customer experience to our internal and external customers;
- work collaboratively, show initiative and use critical thinking to ensure deadlines are met; and
- contribute to ongoing review, development and maintenance of operational work instructions.
