The company is seeking someone who is willing to learn the other aspects of the role and grow within the company. There is no requirement to have prior administration experience.
The Role
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an Administration Assistant with key responsibilities including:
- Receipt daily parts orders, third party invoices and stock orders.
- Manage daily freight pick-slips.
- Manage missing stock and non-stock parts.
- Support the returns process.
- Organise non-stock returns.

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who is an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent computer skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
