You will be part of our Billings Team in the Member Services Department, driving the collection of membership club fees and creating solutions that enable Members to maximize the benefits of their membership.

- Lead Collection Efforts: Drive the collection of club fees from Members, ensuring collections are made within specified timeframes and meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Overdue Invoice Management: Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, following company policies.
- Proactive Member Engagement: Utilize outbound calls to discuss and facilitate solutions and payment plans with Members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Seamless Inquiry Management: Swiftly address member inquiries via calls and emails regarding club fees, leaving a lasting positive impression, acting as the frontline support.
- Negotiate Payment Plans: Work with Members to establish and monitor payment plans within company guidelines.
- Resolution & Service Recovery: Address billing discrepancies and disputes, ensuring member satisfaction and positive resolutions.
- Collections Experience: Essential 1-2 years’ experience in collections within the consumer finance sector, with proficiency in complaints and objection handling.
- Target Achievement: Demonstrated track record of meeting targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Work Ethic and Flexibility: Possess strong work ethics and adaptability, supporting colleagues while upholding high-performance standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, skilled in building rapport and effectively negotiating.
- Time Management: Ability to thrive under pressure, show initiative, and efficiently manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines with precision.
