We would prefer someone with at least 4-6 years experience in commercial kitchens. We can train you on our type of cooking (Yakitori) so knowledge in this area is not necessary.
We are looking for someone who is a proven leader, who has the desire to lead our WEST END TEAM. The team is around 6-10 staff. You would work closely with our executive chef, and two owners.
The successful candidate will be passionate and have great knowledge about food, cooking techniques and practices.
You would work in a full time role, and with our outlets open seven days, you need to be available 7 days a week.
