Blue Mountains Scaffolders

As a Qualified Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and modifying scaffolding structures to ensure they meet safety standards and client requirements. You will work closely with our project managers and construction teams to deliver efficient and reliable scaffolding solutions across a range of projects.

• Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect scaffolding equipment for defects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to plan and execute scaffolding installations effectively.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentice scaffolders as required.
• Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Minimum of 1 years experience as a scaffolder in the construction industry.
• Possess a valid scaffolding qualification/certification (e.g., Certificate III in Scaffolding).
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to scaffolding work.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
