This is what you'll do
- Design and execute a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods that reflect our commitment to excellence;
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create seasonal menus and special event offerings;
- Collaborate with our culinary team to incorporate local produce into other menu items;
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety in the kitchen.
This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role
- Previous experience in a Pastry Chef role (essential);
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
- Proven passion for the industry and ambition to represent an award winning restaurant;
- A drive to learn and willingness to follow direction;
- An emphasis on quality and pride in your work;
- Commitment, reliability and determination.
