Your new role
As the Body Corporate Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Body Corporate Management, ensuring the highest levels of service and accuracy are achieved.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Prepare invoices for payment
Process quote requests
Process work orders
Arrange and attend meetings
Liaise with lot owners and committees
Prepare correspondence
Maintain pending files
Prepare insurance claims
What you'll need to succeed
Current driver's licence is essential
Knowledge of or ability to learn relevant Body Corporate legislation
Knowledge of or ability to learn and apply Company policies and procedures
Organisation, planning and time management skills
Effective computer skills
Very good written literacy and mathematical skills
Able to accurately transcribe information
Effective communication skills
Minimum 2 years Administrative experience or customer service
