We have exciting opportunities for experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our Operations team at our Boggabri Village located in the Gunnedah Basin, approximately six hours northwest from Sydney, NSW.
This role is hands on working within the Facilities team to carry out maintenance work, grounds maintenance and garbage collection, whilst supervising the team and assisting the Facilities Manager with the scheduling and allocating of work, auditing and reporting.
Full-Time, Permanent Positions Available.
Full-time positions consist of on-going rotating rosters (5-2 or 14-7 options – may vary per village).

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated relevant work experience
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Capability to work well under pressure
- The ability to train / assist in staff training
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Flexibility to work, day and/or night shifts if required for your role
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
- Exceptional communication skills
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
- Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
