The Position
Either a casual or part-time position is available we are flexible (1-2 days a week). Working alongside the operations team and the director, you will assist with general bookkeeping tasks including employee pays, receipting, bill payments, debtor follow up and cashflow forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality and be motivated and reliable. It is essential that you have experience in a similar role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- A moderate level of understanding and knowledge for bookkeeping
- Highly motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
- Setting up reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office and excell skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and confidence to tackle any task
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
