Bookkeeper

We're a used-cooking oil collection business who is looking for a part time bookkeeper to help with our administrative requirements, two to three day's per week. 

Specifically the job will involve: 

• Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
• Answering telephones - customer and driver requirements. 
• Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
• Invoice Data Entry
• Payables and Receivable Processing
• Small Amount of Debt Collection
• Setting Up Batch Payments
• Bank Reconcilations
• Month End Entries
• Preparing employee wages
• Managing employee reimbursements 

Required: Certificate III in bookkeeping.
