We're a used-cooking oil collection business who is looking for a part time bookkeeper to help with our administrative requirements, two to three day's per week.
Specifically the job will involve:
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
- Answering telephones - customer and driver requirements.
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Invoice Data Entry
- Payables and Receivable Processing
- Small Amount of Debt Collection
- Setting Up Batch Payments
- Bank Reconcilations
- Month End Entries
- Preparing employee wages
- Managing employee reimbursements
Required: Certificate III in bookkeeping.
