Our Vacancy
Our Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our senior executives and managers in providing efficient secretarial and administrative support.
Your primary duties will include:
Diary and Travel Management:
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure that time is optimised and that they are well-prepared for each engagement.
- Arrange and assist in coordinator internal/external meetings, company events, and conferences.
- Organise local and international travel and accommodation requirements.
Communication:
- Act as primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Information Management:
- Organise and manage information including maintaining files, documents, and databases.
- Research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling business information.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders locally, nationally, and in the wider SUEZ group.
- Represent executives at meets or events when necessary.
What you can bring to the team:
- 3+ years experience secretarial and administrative roles.
- Corporate presentation with a professional attitude.
- Minimum typing speed of 70wpm.
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Results driven and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Ability to manage a range of activities in a busy and fast-changing operating environment.
