Requirements/ Responsibilities:
Prior experience using XERO software is essential
Proven ability to prepare Profit & Loss statements and departmentalize expenses
Experience in payroll processing is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Assist with general administrative duties as required
The flexible start and finish times of this role make it ideal for individuals with caregiving responsibilities, including those with children.
This position offers the potential for increased hours or a full-time role over time, based on the candidate's preference and availability.
