Part time – 3 to 4 days a week (20-28 hours a week)
An exciting opportunity has opened to join ONDA’s Adelaide-based Business team providing bookkeeping and financial administration services from Businesses, sole traders, SME’s to Family Offices. This is a part time position.
The Role
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Financial data entry
- Manage accounts payable inbox.
- Supporting payroll officer when required
- Assisting in EOFY reporting
About You
You will bring the following capabilities and experience to the position:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bookkeeping role
- Proficient in the use of Xero and Microsoft excel.
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
- Experience with MYOB and MYOBA desirable.
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
- Time management skills and team player.
- Ability to work to deadlines, autonomously and use your initiative.
- Reliable, competent, and eager to learn.
Flexible base salary in line with qualifications and experience, however this role will also suit candidates looking to increase remuneration by demonstrating the ability to learn systems and processes quickly and apply this knowledge.
