The Role
Our client are looking to expand their team with a part-time Bookkeeper. As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for the following:
- Recording of business transactions
- Maintenance of relevant financial data, including revenue and expenses (accounts payable and receivable)
- Preparation of Financial statements
- Creation of payroll reports
- Ad hoc duties involving questions and requests about business transactions, liabilities and other financial data
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will have practiced bookkeeping experience and the following qualities:
- Experience and knowledge working within Xero
- High attention to detail and a knack with numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work short but flexible hours (4-6 hours) weekly
